About Us
Emma Jane Dance is a perfect progression from the award winning babyballet® school. After having shared many 'firsts' with local families, Emma decided to re-launch her dance school in Lincoln, following relocation from Suffolk to guide and inspire children through their love of dance.
We truly believe that students flourish when they are in a positive and encouraging environment. Consequently, our students can try new things and express themselves through dance and movement. Through regular practice and hard work together we help each individual reach their potential. Above all we support whatever aspirations youngsters have; be that a career in performance or simply having fun in their weekly lessons.
Praise and reward feature highly in our lessons as they motivate and build confidence in our students. We continually assess progress against the International Dance Rewards system in class as students work towards their next certification.
For students that wish to proceed with examinations, these are undertaken through TDSC.

International Dance Rewards (IDR)
Written and designed by dance teachers and ex-professionals with a knowledge of many different examination boards IDR is a certificated badge reward system for dancers.
IDR offers a structured program which tracks progression through all aspects of dance; from technique and performance, to etiquette.
IDR is fun and inclusive because we believe in regular, stress free, in-house assessment and, most importantly, rewarding achievement are the key to developing happy, motivated and inspired students.
IDR is a great way to nurture the training and achievements of every student and every step along their dance journey.
